Need help finding your way through money worries, benefits, or debts? The FAIR Project is here for you. We offer free, confidential support, so you never have to manage it all alone.

What is the FAIR Project?

The FAIR Project (Financial Advice, Information and Resilience) is a community service funded by the National Lottery
and delivered with trusted local partners.

We provide practical, one-to-one guidance to help you:

Understand & Improve your finances

Understand Your Benefits & Entitlements

Overcome barriers affecting your wellbeing

Tackle debt & money challenges

You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and receive five weekly sessions (one hour each). Together, you’ll make a clear, achievable plan that gives you the confidence and tools to move forward.

Who can use FAIR?

FAIR is open to anyone aged 18+ living in Torbay.

If you are:

Struggling with debt or budgeting

Unsure about your benefits or entitlements

Finding paperwork & applications overwhelming

Feeling isolated & don’t know where to turn

Financial literacy, budgeting & income maximisation

Then the FAIR Project is for you.
